Tesla has delivered its Model S sedan will be launched in 2011. This model is fitted with electric engines to the rear axle that are fed by lithium-ion batteries. Model S comes with 3 different battery packs which gives the car range of 260 and 480km lasting for 45 minutes in a single charge and gives an acceleration from 0 to 100km/h at 6 seconds at the top speed of 190km/h. The features of S model has an electric rear flap, a 17 inch multi-functional monitor, panoramic glass roof.The batteries have five years of life span. The prices will start at 57,400 dollars.
